Our control room operations course, otherwise known as PEARL, is one of our most technologically advanced courses. Using our state-of-the-art PEARL simulator, we can train up to two delegates throughout four to five-day sessions. It is portable so we can deliver the training at your location or ours. Like many of our courses, PEARL uses advanced simulations in a safe environment, so operators can receive the experience they need before entering a real operations environment. Topics covered on a typical course include: 

• Navigating control graphics / DCS screens
• Process control – controllers, digital inputs, split-range, cascade
• ESD Systems – cause and effect diagrams, logic, overrides, resets, inhibits 
• Process start-up
• Troubleshooting
